Omelette au fromage au bacon

I will rather cooking a real egg and bacon. Too dry in my opinion, and too chemical taste.

I add an egg to this product for additional protein. I make it more scrambled than omelet like. I just wish the bacon would reconstitute better. May try letting the powder soak in the water and egg a little longer to see if it rehydrates better.
